One major advantage was the downstairs toilet/shower and bedroom, which made it perfect for our group with older and mobility-limited guests.

The only slight disappointment was the welcome basket, which consisted only of a few chocolates. It would have been nice to have some basic provisions like milk, fresh bread, eggs, or home baking, especially when coming from a long journey.
